India faces a massive embarrassment during its much anticipated republic day on Junary 26th when number of states observed it as a black day.

Starting from the northeast state of Mizoram, where the governor Kummanam Rajasekharan addressed an almost-empty ground in Aizawl, the public overwhelmingly demonstrated their opposition to Indian union.

Other Northeast states like Nagaland, Manipur & Assam also boycotted the day and observed it as a black day when popular nationalist leaders stated that India has over the years committed genocide of their nations since 1947 and have asked their people to burn down the Indian national flag.

Following photo was published on social media showing entirely an empty ground in Nagaland where Indian republic day was being observed.
