Police charged and arrested a 35-year-old woman, Sumaira, for sexually assaulting her 19-year-old nephew.
According to the sources: the accused is expected to appear before a city court magistrate to face one count of forceful sexual with the 19 year old boy.
Sources said the woman was arrested after her nephew reported that she did the act while he was sleeping on the couch at their Peshawar residency.
The boy told police that her aunt, Sumaira forced herself on him for two hours.
The complainant, and resident of Shah Alam Tehsil, Peshawar, said that the accused is his maternal uncle’s wife and used to visit his house frequently. Over time, he developed a friendship with her and eventually got into a relationship however they were not involved physically, said the boy.
On a Monday morning, the accused forced herself on the boy and conducted forceful intercourse as well as physically abusing him for two hours.
Assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Murad Yousafzai, the investigating officer, said a case under section 375 of Pakistan Penal Code-PPC has been registered against the accused.
