It has been 28 years since the tragic incident of Babri Masjid occurred. For 28 years, the hearts of millions of Pakistanis and Indian Muslims are weeping over this atrocity. December 6, 1992, thousands of Hindutva fascists did not only vandalize that mosque but also demolished the concept of interfaith harmony and peace. It has been years but the wound is still fresh and dribbling, and today it has been proved that India is nothing but a fortress of Hindutva fascist and xenophobes.
Fascist Indian Court Acquitted All 32 Culprits Involved In Babri Masjid Demolition
Today, India’s Judiciary System has been pronounced ‘dead’ – No more law, order or justice would be served by this end to any Muslim ever.
The CBI court, Delhi gave its verdict on Babri Masjid Case, and nothing could be more unfortunate than this. The Indian fascist court acquitted all the culprits involved in the Babri Masjid destruction in ’92. According to the First Post, the verdict based on the following points:
- The demolition of the Mosque was not pre-planned
- The evidence against the accused is not strong or enough
- The authenticity of audio, video clips provided by CBI has not been proven
- The mosque has been vandalized by ‘anti-social’ elements, accused leaders tried to stop them.
- The clarity of the audio speech was distorted.
All the 32 indicted in the case including BJP veteran and former deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi Uma Bharti, Ram Vilas Vedanti and Kalyan Singh has been released from their charges.
The Mughal-Era Mosque was vandalized in 1992 when a Ram Janmabhoomi Movement, led by Hindutva extremist parties VHS-BJP-RSS flung to the full in different parts of the country. After which the Babri Mosque was razed by an angry mob in Ayodhya Town.
Kalyan Singh was the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh at that time and all the other accused were also the part of Parliament and other government sectors.
A day before the verdict, the BJP leader and accused in the Babri Mosque case, Uma Bharti has officially said that she would rather ‘prefer to hang than seek bail’ in the case if found guilty. “I’m proud of my participation in the Ayodhya Movement and seeking bail would, I believe dilute this participation” She made the remarks in a letter to BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda on September 26 – “Even if I have to hang for having participated, it will be acceptable to me” – she further added. The culprits are confessing blatantly and yet they have been announced ‘innocent’ – Hats off to the Law of India.
I’m Feeling the Same Humiliation I Felt In 1992 – MPA Asad Uddin Awaisi
The MPA and leader of All India Majlis e Ittehad ul Muslimeen, Asaduddin Awaisi, called this judgment a ‘Black Day’ in history. He said that he is feeling the same humiliation he felt in 1992. “Today is the sad day in the history of Indian Judiciary. “This judgment satisfies the collective consciousness of Hindutva and its followers and its ideology,” said Awaisi.
Where the Muslims were anguished, the Indian fascists were celebrating a ‘Big time’ over the decision. The Defense Minister of India, Rajnath Singh tweet:
“I welcome the decision of the special court of Lucknow not to join any conspiracy of 32 people; including Shri LK Advani, Shri Kalyan Singh, Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi, Umaji in the Babri Masjid demolition case. The decision proves that justice has won”
Bihar deputy chief, Sushil Kumar Modi tweeted ‘Jai Shri Ram’ on the verdict. Many other leaders and Hindu extremist leaders and organizations called it a ‘victory’.
Indian Muslim’s Strong Reaction on Babri Masjid Verdict.
Not only Muslims, some sane Hindus also opposed this verdict.
This was indeed a painful and biased decision and enough to prove the bigotry and hypocrisy of the Indian Government and Judiciary. Maybe today, the Muslims of India have realized that this land, the law, or the people were never belonged to them neither will ever be. They will always remain an outsider, and no justice will ever be served to them.
